TWINSBURG, OH – Richter is pleased to announce that Clinical Consultant Heather Herier has become a PointClickCare® Certified Training Partner, and is officially approved by PointClickCare to train clients. Richter has long been a Certified Training Partner of PointClickCare, and offers comprehensive EHR implementation, training and support to its clients.
As a PointClickCare Clinical/Integration Medication Management (IMM) trainer, Heather will assist clients with medication management implementation, configuration and optimization. To achieve this certification, she completed 200 hours of supervised training, demonstrated IMM training to a PointClickCare instructor, passed a written and live practical exam, and conducted live client-facing implementation of IMM for multiple facilities.
Heather is also an LPN, a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT), and a Resident Assessment Coordinator-Certified (RAC-CT).
