CLEVELAND – OCTOBER 15, 2026 — Richter has joined Sunbound, the AI-powered revenue operating system for senior living. Going forward, we'll operate as Richter, powered by Sunbound.

For more than 25 years, we've worked exclusively with post-acute and senior living operators. Our team handles outsourced revenue cycle management, accounting and controller services, Medicaid eligibility, reimbursement and clinical consulting, audit and compliance support, and EHR implementation and optimization for skilled nursing, senior living, home health, and hospice providers.

Sunbound, led by Co-Founder and CEO Manny Cominsky, builds software that runs the revenue cycle from admission to payment.
